Refund and Returns Policy

RETURNS

1. Eligibility:

   – Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

   – Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

   – Sale items, gift cards, and custom products are not eligible for returns.

 

2. Process:

   – To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at shop@thevalhalla.co.za with your order number and reason for return.

   – Once your return is approved, you will receive a return authorisation number and instructions on how to send your item(s) back.

   – Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item received.

 

3. Refunds:

   – Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them and notify you of the status of your refund.

   – Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and will be applied to your original method of payment.

   – Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

 

EXCHANGES

1. Eligibility:

   – Exchanges are allowed for items that are of equal or lesser value.

   – Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

 

2. Process:

   – To exchange an item, please contact our customer service team at [Customer Service Email] with your order number, the item you wish to exchange, and the new item or size you want.

   – We will provide you with an exchange authorisation number and instructions on how to proceed with your exchange.

   – Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return of the original item and the shipment of the new item.

 

3. Exceptions:

   – If the item you wish to exchange is out of stock, we will offer a refund or store credit instead.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

– If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including all associated shipping costs.

 

Final Notes

– The Valhalla reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange if the item does not meet the above conditions.
